Oh, Haniah. My gorgeous, gorgeous Haniah. Where do I start? Our meeting was the 5th floor of Harvey Nicks and a little hasty! I also had to wrap my head around 4 days of wedding shooting; two mixed faith ceremonies, one western party and one single faith get together ( not pictured for religious reasons but you can find the make up and hair- tika and jhumar included! via my instagram page).
During our meeting we discussed Haniah’s skin care routine, make up loves and her looks for each day. I immediately gave her a shopping list of products to buy and taught her how to use them in preparation for a week of celebrations.
One of the reasons Haniah and I connected so much was mainly of shimmer and pink lipstick loves and choices! For her first day of celebration we went with a warm bronze and gold eye. Being of Anglo Asian heritage, Haniah wanted to reflect both cultures on Day 1 and 2 of ceremony and celebration. She did this with bohemian waves, a couture sari gown, a flick of liner and a flower crown by celebrity florists Scarlet and Violet. LUSHNESS. Pembroke Lodge provided the back drop for a gorgeous ceremony.
Day 2 of ceremony and party time took place at the incredible Kew Gardens with prep at The Bingham Hotel in Richmond. Haniah opted for her trusty waves and ceremonial veil. Her fresh as a daisy skin, with added luminosity and pink cheeks to bring out the Asian influence. I added LOTS sparkle to a 60’s inspired smokey eye and enhanced the look further with a signature pink lip.
Check out the volume!

Haniah’s final two days with me were party days. Her Western party at Bluebird in Chelsea involved bigger funkier waves, a smoulder exaggerated flick and matt red lip. Her final ceremony involved lots of back combing, a plait braid and full on copper gold smokey eye with cat flick once again.
