Martina- Radiant summer make up and sixties inspired updo for a Kent Barn Wedding

A low key look with a nice bright lip was requested from the now Mrs Silcock.  She had the most beautiful wedding dress and wanted to show it off and let it speak for itself. And that is what she got.

Martina was quite keen to try her hair pinned up and away from her face on her trial, after a play with some curls we decided on this sixties inspired updo. The head piece makes it especially beautiful.

Check out my fluffy socks!

I just love the detail you can just about see in Martina’s hair.

Check out the jaw droppingly stunning Jenny Packham gown and headpiece. LOVE!

Tina ( Mother of the Bride) required a blow dry from me to tame her already larger than life hair. She wore a beautiful bespoke dress, made by a local designer. It reminded me of something my Grandmother would have worn, lovingly tailored and in an unusual and classy colour. Her fascinator is one the best I’ve ever seen.

Martina wanted something classic yet youthful for her Bridesmaid and sister, Gemma. We opted for a smart and sassy low chignon and a coral/ pink lip. Not to be without her usual lashes Gemma was super chuffed that I had bought some especially for her.

And yes, those gorgeous red lips stayed on all night.

A massive thank you to Robert for sharing the photos with me and now you. Enjoy!
