Connie and I met in the city for a lovely cold prosecco and Pret leftovers! We spoke about all things wedding and talked about the epic continent hopping honeymoon Connie and her beau had planned. I loved that Connie talked very enthusiastically about having a bold matte red lip and false lashes- my kinda Bride!
To echo the aura of Connie’s fabulous dresses by Elizabeth Avey we gave her a sculpted 40’s style eye make up with a sexy flick. As a lady who loves her blusher we gave Connie quite a bit but stayed away from Barbie pink, keeping things more modern with Coral tones and a hint of Bronzer.
Connie and her beautiful maids got ready at the Cora Pearl Room at The Grosvenor Hotel. Isn’t it gaudy lushness!?
I was also entrusted with the beauty looks of Connie’s gorgeous Mumma and Mum in Law, both below left. Connie’s Mumma wanted a navy blue toned eye working soft mink tones in, we finished with a punchy pinky nude and lots of mascara to help her eyes stand out from her glasses.
Connie’s Mother in law opted for some light brown shimmers and lots of black mascara. She told me she never left the house without make up on- very old school, so we amped the glam with luminisers and bronzer.
How happy is this couple!? SO much love.
Oh, Connie. You’re beautiful!
