I collect essential information designed to process your enquiry, including but not limited to your Full Name, Email Address, Address, Venue and Preparation Address, Wedding Date, etc.
The information is collected via the enquiry form on this website and any subsequent contact we have together, including but not limited to my booking form and our Facetime consultation. It will only be used as per your event booking.
Your data has not, and will not be shared with anyone else ( unless for the purposes of your event booking so I can take on extra team members, in which case you will be notified for permission ), and will not be added to any mailing lists for the purpose of sending marketing materials or other offers.
Your information is technologically safeguarded to ensure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Further, in depth T&C’s may be sent in your contract upon booking of Services.
2. Price and payment
2.1. Price for the Assignment is set out in the proposal. There is no VAT.
2.1.1. Prices charged are per set assignment as invoiced, any additional Services added to the Assignment shall attract further Fees.
2.1.2. The price includes practical skincare and makeup services and all related Services to complete the Assignment.
2.1.3. The price excludes any expenses that will be incurred by The Artist and my team ( if relevant ). The price also excludes any travel expenses to the Event which includes but may not be limited to relevant fuel expenses, public transport expenses, congestion charge and parking charges from The Artist’s base and return.
2.2. Invoice for Services for the Assignment is to be made within one week of the Assignment taking place. This will include but may not be limited to, Services, Travel Expenses, Lunch Expenses, fees as stated in 2.1.3., Overnight Accommodation, all if relevant.
2.3. All Fees shall be paid in full a maximum of 30 days after the invoice has been sent to the Client.
2.4. Payment for services shall come from a single source IE The Client.
2.5. The Fees will be paid no later than 30 days after invoices. No VAT is applicable.
3. Cancellation and Postponement of agreement
3.1. If The Artist cancels the Assignment, The Artist will endeavour to find a suitable replacement.
3.2. If the Client cancels the Services of The Artist within 48 hours of the Assignment taking place the Client will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted Day Rate.
4. The Assignment.
4.1. The Artist reserves the right to use her images of her work during the Assignment for marketing, promotional, competition and editorial purposes. If you do not wish to give consent to this use of the work or your image, then you must confirm this by email within 14 days of entering into this agreement. This may incur a further fee.
4.2. Date changes to the Event must be submitted in writing and the new date is subject to availability and possible increase in fees. If the new date cannot be accommodated by The Artist, this will constitute a cancellation and clause 3 will apply.
4.3. Final numbers receiving the Services at the Event must be received in writing from the Client by The Artist at the time of final invoicing of Event. If numbers subsequently increase, The Artist reserves the right to increase their price accordingly. If numbers subsequently decrease, there will be no discount and the price shall be charged in full.
4.4. The Artist reserves the right to refuse Services to The Client, or any connected person, if they show symptoms of any infectious condition, or use, or threaten, abusive or inappropriate behaviour.
4.6. The Artist reserves the right to use the additional services and assistance of other Makeup Artist’s or Hairdressers, if it is necessary to deliver the Assignment.
5. Allergies
5.1. The Artist will not be held responsible for any allergies or reactions caused by our work.
5.2. It is The Client’s responsibility to inform The Artist in writing of any sensitivities/allergies/intolerances at the time of booking or at the latest 7 days before the Event. The Artist cannot accept any liability for allergies or reactions where they have not been advised of such risks.
6. General Conditions
6.1. Verbal or email instructions by the Client to proceed will constitute an acceptance in full of the Terms.
6.2. Each party will keep the confidential information of the other party and any third party confidential and secret, and only use it for the purposes of supplying the Services or making proper use of the Services. Each party recognises and accepts its obligations with regard to the control and the processing of personal data under the current data protection legislation and regulations. 6.3. The Artist will use reasonable care and skill in performing the Services.
6.4. The Artist's liability in respect of any loss of goodwill, loss of business, loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, loss of use or for any other consequential, special or indirect loss or damage will be NIL.
6.5. The Services may be terminated if payment of the Fees is not made in accordance with the Terms, or if the Client commits a material breach of any of the Terms and fails to remedy the breach within 7 days of being notified in writing, or if the Client enters into any form of insolvency arrangement. Upon termination the Client shall immediately pay any outstanding sums to The Artist.
6.6. If The Artist is limited or hindered from providing Services booked by the Client due to circumstances beyond their control eg. government intervention, Acts of God, civil disturbance, war, national or local disaster, strikes, labour disputes, then the responsibility of The Artist to the Client shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the Services.
6.7. Cancelling services without the consent or consultation of the Artist shall result in full Services amount being paid/ being non refundable to The Artist from The Client it being an approximation of the value of Services already rendered.
6.8. Nothing in the Terms are intended to create a partnership or joint venture between The Artist and the Client, and no party has the right to act as agent for the other or to bind the other party in any way.
6.9. The Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
