FRAGRANCE FREE BEAUTY AND HAIR STYLING PRODUCTS FOR WEDDING MAKEUP AND HAIR
My gorgeous Bride Jess was recovering from a particularly bad bout of eczema when she contacted me and has an allergy to fragrance. After some research on some gorgeous makeup, skin and hair care brands, check out the Fragrance free beauty, makeup and hair products I used on her for her 100 Barrington Road London Wedding.
These are the only Hair Products I used on Jess’ Hair as EVERY SINGLE cream, blow dry spray and texturiser has scent AND OR linalool and limonene in them. All things allergy sufferer Jess cannot have as part of her wedding hair look.
I used the Firm Hold Hairspray to set the wave I put into Jess’ hair with a 25mm Barrel Tong by Babyliss. When I was ready to dress the waves I used the Fudge Urban Anti Gravity Powder styler to keep the wave’s structure, backcombing the root of the hair. I then finished with the Ultimate Hold Hair Spray.
By Sarah London Cream Cleanser, Hydrating Mist and Daily Moisturiser all from £35.00, Face Theory Elaquate Serum £25.00 and Marks and Spencer SunSmart SPF50 £7.50.
I cleansed Jess’ skin with the By Sarah London Balancing Cream Cleanser as Jess’ skin can be a teeny bit oily even though she also suffers from eczema. This is nourishing without being overly oily so a perfect choice to combination sufferers. I used this all over Jess’ eyes as well. I spritzed all over with the Hydrating Mist and popped Face Theory’s Elaquate serum everywhere, under the eyes and over the lips ensuring maximum hydration and calm.
I finished with 4 pumps of By Sarah London’s Daily Moisturiser ( perfect for those that want to be hydrated and nourished by not feel oily or tacky all day ) and fragrance free SPF50 by Marks and Spencer.

All these products are incredible at Fragrance Free makeup application. They sit beautifully on the skin, have amazing blendability and they’re gorgeously luxe products.
I used a mixture of Amazing Cosmetics Golden Ivory and Medium Golden for Jess’ complexion, when we did the trial she was actually more tanned than she was on her wedding day so I mixed her shade from scratch as I applied. It’s super high coverage in a small dose, a little goes a long way which is perfect for my clients as they don’t like to feel ‘caked’ or like they’re wearing anything at all.
I then applied the Makeup by Mario contour stick, I love Makeup by Mario products as it’s unusual to find a high end, fashionable makeup item that doesn’t have a scent. I dabbed on Ilia Beauty’s Multi Stick in All of Me which really makes blue eyes pop by the way, and added dimension with the Vieve Sunset Blush Balm in Piazza.

I used Kiko Milano’s 61 which is now Light Mauve all over Jess’ lid. It sets really well, creates a brilliant adhesion to eyeshadows and isn’t drying, perfect for the eczema around Jess’ eyes.
Next was Makeup by Mario’s Ethereal Eyes Eyeshadow Palette. I used shades 1 and 3 for an initial colour wash and 4 and 9 to add depth around her lashes. I used Nabla’s Side by Side Nude Palette in Clan to line Jess’ upper lid and added Eylure’s Strip Lashes in 022 as I didn’t want to aggravate the ezcema further with a waterproof Mascara.
Jess’ eyebrows were filled and set with Eyeko’s brilliant eyebrow gel. It’s unscented, non irritating and is waterproof and budge proof. I filled in any gaps with Revolution Pro Brow Shadow in Taupe.
Kryolan Setting/ Fixing Spray was used with a brush all over the face to set the whole look.

Jess chose a Bespoke Lipstick by me, which means I mix, by eye, lipstick types and shades in my palettes to make something perfect for your wedding day look. I usually do this during the trial anyway and sometimes my Brides want me to recreate it.
